This is the S.O.B. who nearly took me out on New Year's Eve. He rearended a cabbie, fled the scene(doing 60mph in the bike lane I was in), and hit another car at a stoplight. The cops caught him and issued him a bunch of tickets. If I knew the bastard's last name I'd pay for at least one of his measly fines on the city of chicago website.
